INGREDIENTS
Arborio rice, veggies (potato, leek, carrots, cabbage, red/green peppers, onion) onion flakes, wild mushroom mix, nutritional yeast, Mediterranean seas salt, garlic, turmeric, parsley, oregano, onion powder, thyme, poultry seasoning, pepper, bay leaf, porcini powder.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Add contents of package to 3 cups of liquid (1.5 cups water & 1.5 cups coconut milk, could use milk of choice) and 1Tsp olive oil. Bring to a boil then simmer uncovered for 25 mins (stirring every 5 mins!). Optional additions: 1/2 cup of white wine as part of 3 cups of liquid, coconut cream, cashew cream, ‘Parmesan cheese’. Stir and Enjoy SALT TO TASTE .
