Recommended Use or Purpose

Increases lean muscle mass when used in conjunction with a resistance training regimen. Recommended Dose

(Adults): Mix one scoop (7.5g) with 500 mL water. Take one serving 1-2 times per day. For best results, take immediately before and after your exercise regime.
