Where do we ship?

We currently ship to only customers from Canada and USA

 

Shipping Speeds

We ship out most orders from our warehouse in BC within 1 to 3 business days(rarely when we experience post disruptions or holidays it may take up to 5 business days), once the order is with the courier, depends on your location, the estimated time of delivery is:

 

1 to 2 business days to BC and AB

3 to 7 business days to the rest of the provinces

5 to 10 business days to USA

 

Duties&Taxes

The buyer will be responsible for any duties&taxes that’s incurred

 

Shipping Costs

Canada

Free shipping for orders equal to or over $99

$15 flat rate shipping for orders under $99

 

USA

$25 flat rate shipping

 

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have up to 24 hours or before a courier tracking number is sent to you(whichever is sooner) to cancel/alter an order for free, otherwise a 20% restocking fee equals to the total order value plus return shipping fee will be deducted from your account in the event of cancelling/changing an order

Contact our customer service agent(infor@westcoastvitaminshop.ca) to receive a prepaid shipping label, your refund will be processed 1 to 2 weeks once we receive the package

 

Track your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email letting you know that your parcel is on its way to you.

You can also find your shipment tracking under by clicking: My Account > My Orders > Select Your Order > Order Shipments. From here you can click the tracking number and see your shipments progress.

 

Can I Pickup My Order?

Our pick up services is currently only available in Ucluelet area, at checkout you will have the option to choose to pickup your orders in Ucluelet, a 5% pickup discount will also be automatically applied to your order total, we will send you an email once the order is ready for pickup
