INGREDIENTS
Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes, naturally-occurring trace minerals.
SUGGESTED USE
Can be used as a foot soak or a full-body soak. Dissolve 1-3 cups in warm water (between 101 and 103 °F) and soak for 30 minutes or more.
