Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil is not actually an oil, however it is referred to as such because of the oil-like consistency of magnesium chloride in the water. Ancient Minerals extracts its magnesium from the ancient Zechstein seabed in Europe, 1600 to 2000 meters deep in the interior of the Earth. Well-protected for the last 250 million years, it is the purest magnesium oil in the world. This oil contains 100mg of magnesium per milliliter (about 8 sprays). INGREDIENTS Water, Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride, natural trace minerals. SUGGESTED USE Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil can be used in any of three ways: 1. Directly on the skin Rubbing Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil directly onto the skin in concentrated form is the most economical use and offers the most benefits. It is also effective as a massage oil. 2. Warm bath Adding Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil to a warm bath provides a relaxing and health-enhancing magnesium soak. 3. Foot soak Adding Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil to a foot soak provides the same benefits as a full tub bath but is less time consuming.
