This gel contains 100mg of magnesium per milliliter. INGREDIENTS Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride, hydroxypropyl starch phosphate, certified organic ACTIValoe. SUGGESTED USE Dispense desired amount into palm and massage gently over skin, without working it in completely. Repeat as necessary.
