Nasal Cleansing Salt is a non-iodized pure salt for the cleansing and moisturizing of nasal passages according to the traditional practice of Neti. Simply mix 1/4 teaspoon of salt with 8 oz. clean, lukewarm (not cold or hot) water that is distilled, sterile or previously boiled. Follow the usage instructions for the nasal cleansing device you own.

DIRECTIONS
Mix 1/4 teaspoon with 8 oz luke warm (not hot or cold) water that has been previously boiled or distilled into your Neti nasal cleansing pot. Follow the instructions for use of the nasal cleansing product you own. Be sure to reseal jar to prevent moisture affecting the salt.
