Pro Destress is a fast-acting and long-lasting anxiolytic for anxiety, stress, and onset insomnia, particularly in those that dealing with phase 2 adrenal dysfunction. It works to calm excess sympathetic tone with GABA, L-theanine, and the adaptogen holy basil. Holy basil helps induce relaxation, promotes a feeling of calm, and reduces stress, both acutely and addressing underlying dysfunction. L-theanine is the amino acid predominately found in green tea associated with increased alpha wave activity in the brain, resulting in a calming, yet alert effect. Finally, GABA is a well-understood inhibitory neurotransmitter, prescribed in the treatment of multiple nervous system disorders, including, stress, anxiety, panic disorders, and insomnia.

Adult Dosage:
Take one to two capsules daily, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Cautions:
