Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 15 mg    Antitussive
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 30 mg    Decongestant
Guaifenesin 100 mg    Expectorant for cough
Acetaminophen (extra strength) 500 mg    Analgesic/ Antipyretic
Chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg    Antihistamine

Inactive ingredients
citric acid, alcohol, flavors, sodium benzoate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium citrate, sodium cyclamate, D&C red no. 33, water, glycerin, menthol, ammonium monoglycyrrhizinate, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, sodium saccharin, sorbitol.

Use only on the advice of a doctor.
Do not exceed recommended dose (see liver warning) 
Shake well before use
Adults only (12 years and older):  
2 tbsp (30 ml) every 6 hours 
Do not exceed 8 tbsp (120 ml) in any 24 hour period.
