Resveratrol is a natural polyphenol found in many plants, especially grapes and peanuts. It is widely recognized as a potent antioxidant with multiple actions that promote cellular longevity and health. Resveratrol provides protection against oxidative stress both via direct antioxidant effects and by activating cellular pathways associated with antioxidant defence.
