Ultimate Prostate Support provides a unique and comprehensive blend of botanicals and nutrients designed to support prostate health through complementary mechanisms. Saw palmetto, perhaps the most well-researched botanical, has been shown to bind to α1-adrenergic receptors, inhibit 5α-reductase activity, and have an anti-inflammatory effect in the prostate. Several meta-analyses of randomized controlled trials indicate it provides similar symptom relief to standard therapies for benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) or chronic prostatitis without the adverse effects on sexual function that may accompany standard treatment.

Phytosterols also provide anti-inflammatory and antiproliferative effects.
