Organic Oregano Oil (Origanum vulgare), Carvacrol, Organic Olive Oil
Each 20 drops (1 mL) contain 10 g dry herb equivalent.

4-6 drops (0.2-0.3mL) taken 1 to 3 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Best taken with five deep, slow breathes.
