Active Ingredients: Each teaspoonful (5 mL) contains: guaifenesin 100 mg and menthol 10 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Acesulfame K, ammonium carbonate, camphor, Canada balsam, carrageenan, glycerin, pine needle oil, propylene glycol, propylparaben, tincture of capsicum and water.

Adult and children 12 years and over: Take 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 mL) every 6 hours. Do not take more than 4 doses (60 mL) in 24 hours. Children under 12: Do not use. If preferred, mix with equal parts of honey.
