Collagen makes up approximately 70% of the body’s cartilage. As we age our lifestyle and health impacts our joints and ultimately how we move. We may experience more cartilage wear and tear-related joint conditions. Hips, knees, feet and spinal joints are most commonly affected by cartilage tissue dysfunction.
