Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is an herb that’s touted for its antioxidant capabilities and is commonly used to support the liver. Studies have shown milk thistle’s ability to reduce liver inflammation and damage, particularly to reduce damage caused by free radicals. Milk thistle’s active medicinal ingredient, an antioxidant known as silymarin, is responsible for its protective and regenerative effects on the liver. 

Ingredient: Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) seed, 40:1, 50% silymarin 125mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Macadamia nut, sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine, natural caramel flavour, natural coconut extract, organic vanilla extract, glycerin, citric acid, d-alpha tocopherol, purified water. *This product contains nuts.
