Ingredient: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopherol) 6.7mg AT / 10 IU
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Glycerin, sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine, purified water, oleic acid, potassium bicarbonate, citric acid, beta-carotene, natural citrus flavour, natural vanilla flavour, sucrose.

Adults - Take one (1) teaspoon per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Can be taken directly or mixed with a glass of water. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
