Ingredient: Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG    1 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis DSM 15954 1 billion CFU,  Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)    10mcg (400IU)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Medium chain tryglicerides, monopotassium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, silicon dioxide, sodium chloride, sucrose.

Infants age 0 and up: take one (1) serving (5 drops) per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics. Shake before use.
