Hold bottle 15 cm (6") from site of pain and spray. Apply thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day. Do not inhale. For use beyond 7 days, consult a health care practitioner. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage.
