Topical (Adults): Mix 1 drop in 7 teaspoons (35ml) of vegetable oil; apply to solar plexus or along the spine 3 times a day.

History
Originally grown in Asia, Exotic Basil is now found throughout the world. A somewhat wild-growing plant which can reach 45cm in height with big green leaves, Exotic Basil is a foundation spice in both Asian and Mediterranean cuisines. The essential oil is obtained by distillation of its flowers and leaves.
