Instructions
Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steamer. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes once a day.

History
An SAnic Australian tree, Eucalyptus -Blue Gum also grows in Europe, Africa and America. It can reach anywhere from 30 to 55 meters in height. The essential oil of Eucalyptus – Blue Gum is known to reduce respiratory distress and is particularly helpful when diffused as winter approaches as it can facilitate breathing.
