Instructions
Topical (Adults) Mix 1 to 2 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.

History
Originating in the West Indies, ginger is an herbaceous perennial measuring about 1 meter in height. We can trace the use of ginger in Asia as far back as three millennia. The ginger root is the source of the essential oil.
