Instructions
Inhalation (Adults) Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.

History
Mandarin is a fruit from the mandarin tree, a small tree native to Southeastern Asia. The bark and the juices are used in beverages, in cooking and in baking. The essential oil of mandarin is extracted by cold pressing its rind. Mandarin: whether green, yellow or red, it is the same fruit Citrus reticulata blanco. It’s colour defines it’s level of maturity. Green mandarin possesses a fresh and invigorating aroma. Mandarin-Green essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its calming properties, to relieve insomnia, nervousness and irritability.
