Tangerine is a citrus very similar to mandarin. Its name comes from the city of Tangier in Morocco, which was the main port from which this fruit was exported. In cosmetics, Tangerine essential oil is used in skincare and in products for oily hair. It controls sebum and helps improve the appearance of acne-prone skin and tone the skin. Its fresh, fruity scent adds a pleasant and relaxing touch to homemade beauty products.
