DESCRIPTION Jigsaw’s Mag SRT combines the highly absorbable form of magnesium, dimagnesium malate from Albion, with their proprietary Sustained Release Technology (SRT). SRT slows down the release of magnesium to spread it out over eight hours. This allows for maximum absorption, while eliminating the digestive discomfort often caused by other high-dose magnesium supplements. INGREDIENTS Each tablet contains: Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate Monohydrate) 1.25mg Folate  (as Quatrefolic 5-Methyl Tetrahyrofolic Acid, Glucosamine salt) 50mcg Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 1.5mcg Magnesium (as Dimagnesium Malate) 125mg Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium & Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (Plant-based insoluble fibers used to achieve Sustained Release Technology; L-Leucine (Essential amino acid used for lubricant), Silicon Dioxide (Anti-caking agent), Clear coating (Hydroxypopyl Methylcellulose and Sunflower oil) and  , Microcystalline Wax (for easier swallowing) SUGGESTED USE Adults: Take 2 tablets twice daily (2 in the morning, 2 in the evening) with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
