DESCRIPTION Each 4 tablets contains: Vitamin C (as Ascorbyl Palmitate) 10mg,  Magnesium (as Dimagnesium Malate) 500mg. Other ingredients: Microcrystaline cellulose & Hydroxylpropyl Cellulose (Plant-based insoluble fiber used to achieve Sustained Release Technology) L-Leucine (essential amino acid used as lubricant), Silicone Dioxide (anti-caking agent),  Clear coating (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and sunflower), Microcrystaline wax (for easier swallowing).
