DESCRIPTION Land Art Magnesium is a liquid supplement made from ionized magnesium chloride at a 110 mg / 5 ml ratio. It has higher efficiency because it is bioavailable and in ionic form. Magnesium helps in the proper functioning of muscles, in addition to contributing to the growth and maintenance of bones and teeth effectively. Magnesium chloride is the most popular source of magnesium. The taste is however an issue for most people. This product must be diluted in a glass of juice or water before taking.
