Astragalus membranaceus root (Rhina-MP), Grifola frondosa (maitake mushroom), lentinula edodes (shiitake mushroom), olea europea leaf (olive leaf), zinc amino acid chelate Magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, carnauba wax, calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal silicon dioxide. 

For Adult Use Only: 1 tablet, 1 time per day. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
