Cramp Bark is most traditionally used for menstrual cramps and muscle spasms, but it can be used to relieve pain and discomfort in any area of the body. It’s useful for relieving pain associated with muscle spasms such as urinary spasm, back spasm, tension headache, abdominal cramping and sports-related muscle spasm pain. This is because it relaxes bronchioles and blood vessels. Its traditional use is for menstrual cramps, but it has a wide range of uses that are not restricted to the female reproductive system. RECOMMENDED DOSE:
Adults: Take one teaspoon (5 ml) three times per day. A full dropper is approximately 1ml.
