Medicinal Ingredients: L-Malic acid 300 mg, Magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) 75 mg, Thiamin (thiamin mononitrate) 25 mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 25 mg, Manganese (manganese citrate) 2.5 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Adults take 1 tablet 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
