Do not use if you have hypersensitivity or allergies to herbs in the Lamiaceae family — such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, mint, rosemary, sage, and thyme. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset. Important: Take 1 capsule of Acidophilus Ultra 20 minutes before each meal. As the yeast territory is destroyed, it is important to re-establish friendly beneficial microorganisms (probiotics) like Acidophilus Ultra in this territory. This guards against the reinvasion of bad bacteria. Take Candida Stop for 8 weeks for best results and supplement with Acidophilus Ultra thereafter once or twice daily.
