Remember: A little goes a long way, with a 1% dilution ratio recommended for topical use.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
Adults: • For topical use: Mix 99 drops of carrier oil with 1 drop of essential oil for topical application. Make extra oil using the same dilution (1% essential oil/99% carrier oil). Rub and/or massage into skin until solution vanishes. For local application (10% or less of body surface area): Apply to affected area up to 3 times per day. For body massage (more than 10% of the body surface area): Apply once daily. Do not use essential oils undiluted. • Not for oral use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. For occasional use only.

Known adverse reactions: Discontinue use if you experience nausea, dizziness, headache, or an allergic reaction.
