DESCRIPTION
Flax seed oil has become a staple health product as a balanced source of the essential Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids. NOW provides a convenient and potent liquid source of this oil from organic sources to meet growing consumer demand for pure, non-GMO sources of essential fatty acids. Liquid can be taken direct from spoon, or added to foods, salads, hot/cold cereals, yogurts, health shakes and smoothies. Can also be used as a butter/margarine replacement on vegetables, rice, potatoes, or toast.

Organic Flaxseed Oil (Linum usitatissimum) 15 mL, Active Fatty Acids: Omega-3 Fatty Acid (Alpha-Linolenic Acid)…7728 mg, Omega-6 Fatty Acid (Linoleic Acid)………2208 mg, Omega-9 Fatty Acid (Oleic Acid)………….2484 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Antioxidant Blend (Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Rosemary Extract, Mixed Tocopherols, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid).
DOSAGE
Take 1 tablespoon (15mL) directly, 1-2 times daily, or add to salad dressings, dips, spreads, sauces, blender creations or drizzle over pasta or rice. Consume within 6 weeks of opening. Not for use in cooking applications above 320°F/160°C. Product may be frozen to extend shelf-life.
