DESCRIPTION
NOW® Magnesium Bisglycinate features Albion Labs researched and proven TRAACS® bisglycinate chelate system that provides higher absorption rates and are more gentle on digestive tracts. This tablet version of magnesium delivers more potency in less pills and is completely vegetarian and vegan. Many brands blend other mineral forms such as citrate or oxide with their Bisglycinate mineral form to increase their elemental mineral content. But, this can lower effectiveness. NOW® provides only the bisglycinate form.
INGREDIENTS
Magnesium (from Magnesium Bisglycinate)(TRAACS®) 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Strearic Acid (vegetable source), Vegetarian Coating (hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate), Hyprolose, Silica.
DOSAGE
Take 2 tablets twice daily with food.
