Ingredients (per 1 tea bag): Raspberry Leaves, Rose Hips (Fruit), Hibiscus Flowers, Fenugreek Seed, Lemon Balm Leaves, Natural Raspberry Flavour.

Steep 1 tea bag in 177-236 mL of boiling water for 4- 6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping. To make refreshing ice tea, brew first with hot water, let cool, then add ice.
