DESCRIPTION
NOW® Sleep is a combination of ingredients formulated to help ease the mind and relax the body to promote naturally drifting off into a restful sleep. NOW® Sleep uses Valerian and Hops extracts, two herbs that have been traditionally used to promote a calm, relaxed state, reduce nervousness and restlessness, and support rejuvenating sleep. Passionfl ower further supports a calming effect and has been associated with providing insomnia relief due to menopause. GABA is added to ease nervous tension. NOW® tests ingredients for identity, potency, purity including adulterants, heavy metals and microbiological contaminants. NOW® Sleep created many positive outcomes in a Quality of Sleep Study where subjects reported falling asleep faster, waking less during the night, feeling more rested upon waking, and had greater energy levels the next day. Finally, 72% of subjects felt they experienced improved sleep quality. Some individuals may find immediate relief, while it may take longer for others. Allow up to 2 weeks to see affect.

DOSAGE
Take 2 capsules once daily, one hour before bedtime, as needed.
