Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) 25 mcg (1000 IU)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Xylitol, Sorbitol, Cellulose, Natural Fruit Flavours (fruit punch, strawberry, raspberry), Beet Powder, Stearic Acid (vegetable grade), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Citric Acid, Silica.
DIRECTIONS
Adolescents 14 yrs. and older and Adult: Take 1 chewable tablet daily with meals.
