OIL FROM THE SEEDS OF NIGELLA SATIVA (BLACK CUMIN) IS RICH IN LINOLEIC ACID (LA), A DOUBLE UNSATURATED ESSENTIAL FATTY ACID (EFA) WITH MANY BENEFITS THROUGHT THE HUMAN BODY. Nigella Black Cumin oil softgels are filled with cold pressed cumin seed oil in a base of natural glycerin, gelatin and mixed tocopherols. Black cumin seed oil can be beneficial for liver, lungs, stomach, intestines, skin (acne when used topically) and allergies, and should be taken daily by all adults. MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS.
