1. After cleansing the skin thoroughly with one of Refresh Botanicals™ Facial Cleansers, be sure to prep the skin to receive all the goodness of Refresh Botanicals™ Intensive Serum by restoring the skin’s pH with Refresh Botanicals™ Facial Toner.
2. Apply the Facial Toner with a cotton pad in an upwards motion avoiding contact with the eye area.
