9 mg/ml sodium chloride. Nonmedicinal ingredients: Benzalkonium chloride, Disodium EDTA, Hydroxyethylcellulose Polyethylene glycol, Purified water, Propylene glycol, Sodium hydroxide, Monobasic sodium phosphate, D-Sorbitol

Adults: 2 sprays in each nostril, 1 to 6 times per day. Blow nose. Bend head forward and tilt to the right. Place nozzle tip into left nostril (no more than 6.35 mm). Press down. Turn head to the left and follow the same procedure in right nostril. Blow nose. Rinse nozzle with warm water before and after use, wipe with tissue.
