Black Lentils, Wild rice mix, cranberries (cranberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), parsley, garlic.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Pour contents of bag into 2 cups of boiling water. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and chill. Add: 1/2 cup each of chopped bell pepper & green olives, 2 tbsp each of green onion & fresh basil. (Optional kernel corn and cooked chopped beets). Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette. Makes 6 cup
