Lentils, veggies(carrot, potato, leeks, red & green bell peppers, celery, cabbage, sulfites) , onion, Jamaican spice mix (garlic, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, all spice), nutritional yeast, Mediterranean seas salt, parsley, oregano, onion powder, thyme, poultry seasoning, brown sugar.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Add package to 3 cups boiling water. Lower heat to simmer. Cook 50-60 minutes or until lentils are soft. Optional: add 1 can of coconut milk. Serve over rice and top with chopped cilantro.8 half cup servings. SALT TO TASTE
