INGREDIENTS
Quinoa, raisins (organic canola oil, suphites), cranberries (cane sugar, sunflower oil), almonds (coconut oil, canola oil), coriander and cumin, min.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove fruit and nuts from package. ADD quinoa to 2 cups of boiling water, turn down heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, add fruit and nuts and chill in the fridge. Before serving add 1 can (drained) of chickpeas and 1/2 cup of fresh chopped mint.
