White rice, red & green lentils, veggies (carrot, potato, leeks, red & green bell peppers, celery, cabbage), onion, yellow & green split peas, nutritional yeast, Mediterranean seas salt, garlic, turmeric, parsley, oregano, onion powder, thyme, poultry seasoning, parsley, black pepper.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Add contents of package to 8 cups of boiling water. Turn down heat and simmer for 35-40 minutes. Optional, can add celery and carrots and protein of choice.
