Black lentils, rice, veggies (carrot, potato, leeks, red & green bell peppers, celery, cabbage) onion, coconut, nutritional yeast, curry spice (mustard), thai spice mix, garlic, Mediterranean seas salt, turmeric, parsley, oregano, onion powder, thyme, poultry seasoning.
Cooking instructions are based on the family size product. Mini versions make 4-5 cups, please refer to cooking instructions on package
In 8 cups of water, add 2 stalks of lemongrass and contents of the package. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove lemongrass. Add 1 can of coconut milk and juice of one lime, simmer 10 minutes...salt to taste. (can add protein of choice)
