Adults: Option 1: Loading Phase - Take 3-4 scoops per day for 5-7 days then follow with 1 scoop during maintenance phase. Do not exceed 5g per dose. Option 2: Loading Phase - Take 1 scoop per day for 4 weeks then follow up with 1 scoop during maintenance phase. Use for a minimum of 4 weeks.
