St. Francis Guggul (gum), 1000 mL

Used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine:
To help relieve coughs (Kasa)
As a laxative to help relieve occasional constipation (Sramsana)

Medicinal Ingredients: Certified Organic Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre, leaf)

Adults: Take 2-3 mL (60-90 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Allow at least 6-12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products.
