In contact with exudates, the hydrocolloid forms a gel and thus creates an optimal humid environment, promoting healing. The Tegaderm covering guarantees continuous high permeability to minimize the risk of maceration of wound edges. The Tegaderm fixing edge in oval dressings and the "sacral" shape ensure perfect fixation of the dressing and thus help to avoid external contamination. 3M™ Tegaderm™ Hydrocolloid Thin can stay in place for up to 7 days.
