Try TYLENOL® Back Pain. TYLENOL® Back Pain caplets contain effective pain relief plus a muscle relaxant to relieve and relax painful back muscles.

Active ingredients (each caplet contains) Purpose
Acetaminophen 500 mg Pain reliever
Methocarbamol 400 mg Muscle relaxant
Inactive ingredients: Carnauba wax, corn starch, FD&C blue no. 1 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stereate, microcrystalline cellulose, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, povidone, sodium lauryl sulphate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide, triacetin, water.

Do not take more than directed (see liver warnings). 
Adults and children 12 years and older: 

Take 2 caplets every 4 hours, as required. 
Do not take more than 8 caplets in 24 hours.
