Black Tea is one of the most ancient beverages on Earth. Black Tea also contains flavonoids, which have antioxidant potential. Due to its oxidization, you should brew Black Tea at higher temperatures to release the antioxidants. The caffeine content of our organic black tea is below industry average at approximately 50 to 55 mg of caffeine per cup. In comparison, our green tea contains 20 to 40 mg and typical coffee contains 100 to 120 mg. Our tea bags are always oxygen bleached without the use of any chemicals. Hot Serving: Place one tea bag into an 8 oz empty cup. Pour 75C to 85C degree of hot water over tea bag and steep for 2 to 5 minutes depending on desired strength.
