Description
Our sugar-free chocolate chips are sweetened with maltitol, a sugar alcohol intentionally used in products for consumers who have diabetes. As a reduced-calorie sweetener, it has less impact on blood sugar levels compared to regular sugar.

Uses
Our chocolate chips are used typically for baked goods, confections, and frozen desserts. But other than cookies, try making your own chocolate butter using only 3 ingredients – 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of our Organic Natural Cocoa Powder!
Storage
Store away from direct sunlight or strong odours. If stored and handled between 16-18˚C with less than 50% humidity, the shelf life should be approximately 12 months.
